The Hedgehog Method is the most common method to cut a #mango 🥭! Most folks can handle it, even kids with knife skills 🥭

Here’s how to master the Hedgehog method🥭🦔:

1. Cut off the mango cheeks (Cheeks are the fleshy sides of the mango on opposite sides of the seed)

2. You will now have three mango pieces, two cheeks and a seed or pit with a lot of usable
flesh.

3. Hold one mango cheek in your palm. Carefully cut a grid along the fruit

4. Flip it inside out, fanning the flesh into a hedge hog pattern

5. Enjoy!
